<Order cancellation>
■As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations after the order has been confirmed.

<Change of delivery address>
■Please contact the Shinkido Support Center at least 3 days before the confirmed shipping date.
■If it is after 12:00 PM on the third business day, we will not be able to accept any changes, including changes.

<Input error in delivery address>
■We may not be able to deliver the item on the specified date.
■We cannot accept cancellations due to the above reasons.
■If you wish to have the item reshipped, we will respond after confirming your order again.

<About returns and exchanges>
